What’s included in a tune-up?

A 17-point precision inspection covering your heat exchanger, burner assembly, refrigerant pressure, blower, electrical connections, coils, filters, and more. See the full checklist above

Can I add more than one system?

Yes. Additional systems are $180/year ($15/mo). We also offer add-ons for mini-splits, air cleaners, humidifiers, and ERV systems. Call us and we’ll build a plan for your home.
