From start to finish we were so impressed with their personal attention for making sure we were completely satisfied and happy. I had a new air conditioner, electronic thermostat, and humidifier installed. I couldn't be happier with everything. Even after installation, they check to make sure we are happy. I forgot to mention that they even brought a portable AC unit to my house free of charge so that we would be comfortable until installation of the new AC. WOW! I would recommend Viviano to everyone. I will use their bi-yearly service for maintenance, too. He wanted to make sure that everything was installed correctly & that we are completely satisfied. He took time to go over the electronic thermostat to make sure that i feel comfortable using it. He also set reminders for me to change the filters! Viviano is a company that puts the customer first and takes pride in the work they do. Office staff was great and repair was done quickly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was pricing. The technician indicated that what he did to fix our problem was what he’d do during a bi-annual system check. Those checks are typically advertised anywhere from $100-$175 and this repair cost $242.
