Grateful I pay for their membership plan that means you get twice a year routine maintenance visits and they come nights and weekends for emergencies. They are definitely reliable and knowledgeable. Technician arrived on time, completed the annual service call, and answered questions. He was able to show me how to increase the humidity level and also went to his truck and got some oil to treat my storm door which was sticking. Definitely beyond the call of duty. This paragraph is actually being written following the bi-annual check on my air and heat system. The office booked the appointment to fit into my schedule. I got a reminder text the day prior to the appointment. I also was given the name of the technician coming. He arrived right on time, put covers over his shoes, checked the heating cooling system in the basement, replaced the filter and then went outside and cleaned the unit out there. He answered my questions and had me sign the electronic document and was on his way.
