We called viviano heating and cooling after moving into a new home. Our a/c unit had broken soon after moving in. Despite being new customers they fit us in on a Friday during a busy week to diagnose our issue and got us up and running to keep us cool. I do want to point out their office staff also being great at communicating by both phone and text keeping me up to date while also being very pleasant!
We did unfortunately need a new unit after assessing the situation. But we were cool on the mean time.
The employee who was going to come walk through the options with us was unable to make it that day. The owner of the company ended up coming to walk us through the options instead. He was on vacation but wanted to keep our appointment window. They also offered to set us up with window units to keep us cool should the unit that needed to be replaced break again too.
We did end up having them install new units for us and their install team was great. They were communicative, prompt and most importantly really good at what they do. They explained any questions that I had and worked with me to achieve the needs that we had.
The owner then did a walkthrough a week or so afterwards to make sure that things were installed properly and customer service was up to par.
They did all the heavy lifting to get us the rebate on the new unit and pointed us towards the tax credits as well. I'm very thankful for this.
Once all things were said and done I have to comment that all the pieces of our interactions were positive. I really appreciate the work that this team has done for us and we plan to continue to work with them in the future now. Definitely recommend them, thanks all!
