Whether you love the fall colors or the fresh taste of a pumpkin spice latte, the fall season is a favorite of many. With Thanksgiving plans being fashioned and recipes being searched online to help make this the best meal of the year, giving thanks in the month of November is a worthwhile tradition. After all, many of us will be spending the upcoming holiday with loved ones that make us feel the most thankful!

Over the many years we’ve been serving customers from our Collinsville, Illinois location, we’ve learned a lot about the community. We’ve seen time and time again how neighbors help out neighbors, watch out for each other, and support each other. For generations, we’ve connected with families and communities that make living in this part of the Metro-east so special, and along the way have become involved in different initiatives that we hold close to our hearts.

One event, Kellsie’s Trees of Hope Gala happening on November 18th, is an example of people coming together in our community. Volunteers donate then decorate over 100 trees, wreaths and holiday decor to be auctioned and raffled. Guests can sponsor “itty bitty trees” which are delivered with gift cards to children on the oncology floor at St. Louis Children’s Hospital with a special message from their donor. All net proceeds benefit children with cancer. Learn more at http://kellsieshopefoundation.com/trees-of-hope/.

Another event, the Neighbors in Need Turkey Trot happening the morning of Thanksgiving, raises money for local families needing help financially, whether for medical expenses or because of a traumatic life event. Runners and non-runners alike have enjoyed this 5k, now celebrating its 8th year. Sign up by visiting the following link: https://www.athlinks.com/event/edwardsville-turkey-trot-5k-17273.

We know you have choices when deciding which HVAC company to use, and we are thankful that so many of you depend on us to install, service and maintain your heating and cooling system. We also believe serving the community goes beyond what we do for our job. At Viviano, we will continue to give back to the communities and the people that make Collinsville and the surrounding areas such a great place to live and work. If you’d like to learn more about some of the organizations that we support, visit our website at http://www.vivianoair.com/about-us. Enjoy this season of giving!
