Details are collected by the consumer, including why they trust specific brands. To receive a top ranking, the brand needs to receive enough survey responses to achieve a 95% confidence level or higher. Levels are then determined, and results are made based on peer organizations with similar sizes and intricacies. Trane has received the top award for five years based on the research.
