Why Community Spirit is Important to Us

After being in business for over 25 years, we’ve proudly grown and cultivated our roots in Collinsville and the surrounding Metro-east communities. We’ve met families and connected with generations, becoming friends with many of our customers. Over time, we’ve also become involved in organizations that we support, whether by monetary donations or volunteerism. Giving back to the community that we are working, living and raising our families in, makes sense to us for many reasons.

Participating in community events is not only a great way to spend our free time, but it is also a way to meet the people that we serve. At Viviano, we want to be the best at what we do, but we also want to have fun doing it! Customer service is our #1 priority and doing community outreach, whether it’s by participating in Italian Fest or providing donations to many of the great charities we support, is one of our favorite ways to get involved. We feel so fortunate to run a business in what we believe to be one of the greatest small towns around.

This year, we’ve also signed on to be an Edwardsville Neighbors in Need Business Partner. Viviano will be helping to sponsor fundraising activities for an organization that has assisted over 60 local families financially. We’ve been Collinsville Faith in Action supporters for years, helping a wonderful organization continue to serve those in need due to their advanced age or disability. Also close to our heart is Kellsie’s Hope Foundation, an organization with the daunting task of easing the financial load of families with a child diagnosed with cancer and helping raise funds to find a cure.

Our mission continues to remain the same: be the most referred HVAC contractor in the Metro-east, delivering on promises made to our customers and exceeding their expectations. We believe serving the community also goes beyond what we do as our job. It’s important to give back to the community and the people that live in our neighborhoods, go to our churches and schools and shop on our Main Street.
